Availability: Whilst we make every effort to maintain prices and specifications, we reserve the right to make changes in availabilty, price and specification without notice. All items listed are normally readily available from stock. If, however, an item is out of stock, we will notify you of any delay and the item will dispatched seperately unless we feel the delay will be too long.
Payment: We require full payment before any goods are dispatched. We accept the following methods of payment - Cheque/Postal Order or Credit/Debit Card (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Solo).

Postage and Packing: Postage and packing is £1.00 on all fastening orders-this includes drills, taps and dies, etc for all tooling (larger than a few drills) or material orders postage is as follows:
Royal Mail Standard- Upto 1 kilo-£4.00 Upto 1.25 kilo- £5.00
Private Carrier- We understand the problems associated with sending heavy items through the post and the cost involved. We are happy to be able to offer the following rates:
Any item- UK mainland only- guaranteed 3 day delivery.
We are able to post outside the UK, however please contact us for postal costs. Please note that at present we are unable to supply direct to The USA and Canada
Returns Policy (6" Burrell Only):
If a casting is proved to be faulty, we will exchange it free of charge, however we are not responsible for any carriage charges or machining costs.
