Pricing:

All prices quoted exclude VAT at the current rate.  Prices are subject to change.

Availability:

All items listed are normally held in stock, however if a purchased item is out of stock we will notify you of any changes and we will offer an alternative where possible.

Payment:

Full payment for all orders is required before any goods are dispatched.  Please note that we are no longer able to accept cheque payments.  We are able to accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, American Express, PayPal and BACS payment methods.

Mail Order:

We have a minimum order value of £5.00, before carriage and VAT, on our website.  All orders with a goods value of less than £5.00 are unable to continue through our checkout and will not be processed.  Please note that for any orders placed over the phone there is a minimum order value of £10.00 before carriage and VAT.

Store Collection:

We are now able to offer a store collection service from our new address, please click here to view full details.  We are open Monday to Friday 09:00 - 16:30.  We are closed on bank holidays.  Outside of these hours orders can be placed via our website and will processed upon our return.

Postage and Packaging Charges (UK Mainland Only - Exclusions Apply):

Fastenings and Small Items: £2.75
All other items excluding Material and Fluids over 200ml: £4.25
Material and Fluid Charge
- for fluids and materials upto 13" long: £6.00 (upto 2kg max)
- for materials over 13" long: £7.50 upto a maximum of 20kg
for orders over 20kg an additional charge of £1.00 per 5kg will be applied.

The website will calculate the required postage per order based on the product category,  The website will not add multiple category prices togeather, it will just charge the relevant category.

Please note that our website is only able to accept orders for UK addresses only.
International shipping is available, prices vary depending upon the weight and size per parcel so please contact us for a price quotation.  Please note that we are unable to ship orders to Asia, USA or Canada.

Materials:

We are able to offer specific material in 36" lengths, at the moment these are only currently available over the phone, we are also able to offer longer lengths than 36" however due to the size of the parcel there would be a surchage that would need to be applied due surcharges received from the courier, please contact us for a price quotation.

We are unable to offer lengths of any other multiplication that what is listed, I.E. if we offer material in 6" lengths we are only able to this material in increments of 6" etc.

Cancellations & Returns Policy:

Orders cannot be cancelled once an order has been dispatched by us.  Products may be returned to us for a refund by way of the following procedure:

• A returns number of authorisation number is required by us prior to returning the goods.
• Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in a condition that is immediately fit for resale
• Returns must be made within 14 days of the invoice date unless special authoristaion has been agreed
• Exclusions apply, please contact us for details

Please note that any original postage and packaging charges are non refundable.

Returns Policy (Castings):

If a casting is proved to be faulty, we will exchange it free of charge, however we are not responsible for any carriage charges or machining costs.

All drawings are non-returnable.

The personal details which EKP Supplies currently holds for customers is as follows:

We do not hold any card details.

Your personal information will be stored and used by us to complete your order and assist with future orders. On occasion, we may submit your contact details to our courier to aid with the delivery of your parcels and to send you updates on the progress of your delivery. Should you opt in to our newsletter, we will contact you occasionally with our latest news and offers.
